• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  
  

Refunds & Exchanges

• All sales are final. Items may not be refunded or exchanged.
  
  
• Any print errors or damaged pieces noticed upon receiving the order may be brought to the attention of EtheGENIUS designs no later than the day of pickup or delivery.
  
  
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
